Delivery is free for parcels over £25.00 - Otherwise
£1.50 will be added for delivery. Click

Returns
Please contact us immediately if an item is broken in transit.
You will need to return the item to us with all the original
packing. On receipt we will refund the item and your return
postage.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason
please contact us as soon as possible. If an item is returned
immediately undamaged and with the original box also undamaged
we will consider a refund but we reserve the right to deduct
the cost of delivery.

Frequently asked questions
We are an authorised Lladro dealer for both Lladro and
Lladro privilege and all items for sale are purchased directly
from Lladro in Spain. We are an authorised dealer for Enesco
products who are the official UK distributor for Demdaco
Willow Tree figures.

We stock many more items than on the website so contact
us if there is anything you require which you don't see.
We may have the item in stock or be able to order it for
you.

of the website, you will notice a padlock symbol in the
bottom right hand corner of your browser or you will notice
https:// in the address section, this is your guarantee
that you are in a secure enycrpted area. In addition, for
extra security, your details will never be stored on our
system and no credit card details are ever sent via email.
None of our customers has ever reported fraudulent use of
a credit or debit card as a result of purchases made with
us.
Privacy
Spencers respect your privacy - You have our assurance
that we will not share your details with anyone else and
will only contact you if it is specifically regarding products
or services you have ordered. We abide by the guidelines
as laid down within the data protection act (1998).

Shop Location & Parking
Spencers is located in Broad Street, Staple Hill, Bristol
opposite the HSBC Bank.
All parking in Staple Hill is free with car parks behind
the 3 major supermarkets. There is also plenty of on street
parking including Broad Street.
