Orders received before 2.00pm will be despatched the same day providing items are in stock.

Orders under £50.00 will be sent 1st class post recorded delivery which is usually next day but not guaranteed. A signature is required.

All Lladro and parcels over £50.00 will be sent Royal Mail Special delivery which is guaranteed next working day by 12.00pm (excludes Saturdays & Sundays). Signature required.

If an item is not in stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery and confirm whether you wish to continue with the purchase. Willow Tree items not in stock are usually 7-10 days, Lladro items are 3-6 weeks. Please note we do not charge for any item until the day of dispatch.

If you have any special delivery requests please contact us. If you wish to confirm a next day delivery please contact the shop before ordering and we can check availability for you.
